Shipping policy

All Piha Candle Co. products are made, packaged and shipped from our headquarters in Piha, New Zealand.

Our target delivery times within New Zealand are 3-5 days for towns and cities, and slightly longer for any rural delivery addresses.

Website orders are normally processed and couriered within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Orders placed over weekends are packaged and couriered out on the next pickup day.

In the unlikely event that a product ordered becomes out of stock, delivery may be delayed to give time to create your order.
